Savory and Sweet Blueberry Naan Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

Pre-made naan flatbread (can be found in the bread aisle at many grocery stores)
Extra-virgin olive oil
Apricot preserves
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Goat cheese, crumbled
Fresh blueberries
Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place naan bread on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of apricot preserves on naan bread and top with desired amount of shredded mozzarella, goat cheese, and blueberries.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and blueberries have begun to burst.

Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
